Ground-up construction of this 100,000 square foot medical research building with mixed use concept space such as labs, offices, meeting spaces, and cafe areas. This state of the art facility is the only research park in Lake County.
ILLINOIS HEALTH & HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION

G3 had been engaged by the Illinois Health and Hospital Association (IHA) to perform multiple renovation projects at their headquarters in Naperville. Renovations included an updated front entrance, ADA compliant curbing and ramps, railing repairs, and plumbing. The scope of these projects included:

Our team obtained all permits, licenses, and approvals, and also coordinated the activities/schedule of all subcontractors including daily COVID screenings (temperate checks, sanitizing stations, face coverings, etc.). A superintendent was on-site to ensure project efficiency.

Ground up construction of 80,000 sq. ft., 3 story academic building to support a nursing school joint venture between Rosalind Franklin and DePaul Universities. Project scope included the construction of the largest interactive classroom of its kind in the country, private offices, fitness center, and new cafeteria to serve the entire campus. Project was completed within an 8 month schedule to include site work.

THE CLINICS AT ROSALIND FRANKLIN UNIVERSITY

This project included the complete interior demolition and renovation of 26,000 sq. ft. to accommodate an active space for clinical care, research, and education. This project added 26 exam rooms, many private offices, and a high end reception area. The Dr. William M. Scholl College of Pediatric Medicine was also constructed in the lower level of this facility to support the school's operations.
