Brother Rice High School Parking Lot Renovation
Client:
G3 was engaged by Brother Rice High School to manage an extensive parking lot renovation project. G3 is proud to be a part of Brother Rice High School's "Heed the Call" campaign, a 5-year, $11 million renovation plan for improvements inside and out of the school.
This parking lot renovation addressed water concerns with a revamped sewer system. Additionally, the lot was excavated and the foundation was replaced. The scope of work what G3 managed included:
Repairs needed to the current parking lot to allow positive drainage
Implementation of new islands and lighting systems within the current parking lot
Implementation of islands throughout the parking lot to allow for better vehicle logistics through the parking lot
Implementation of aesthetics in the form of landscaping and hardscaping outside Brother Rice based on input from the BRHS team
G3 team members, Ryan Martin and Jack Sullivan, who are also Brother Rice Alumni, were involved in this renovation from start to finish. We are so proud of their work to make this such a successful project!
"Their efforts to ensure a timely yet professional result exceeded all my expectations, and I think you’ll agree the results are terrific."
