This $52 million development includes the Ground up construction of a 100,000 sq. ft. four story, state of the art medical research laboratory building that includes multiple medical research labs, offices, meeting rooms and café areas. This building supports faculty and commercial startups and national and international biotech and healthcare firms. It includes the Brain Science Institute and its three disease-focused research centers, in addition to three centers dedicated to genetic diseases, cancer cell biology and proteomics and molecular therapeutics. This project also included major parking lot expansions and site improvements.
