Exterior/Interior Glazing

Floor core patching or infill

Fire rating corrections made to existing demising walls

Convector cover repairs or refinishing

Construction, Fire Alarm or Sprinkler Permits

Wall covering removal and skimcoat

Tenant/Owner furniture/file/equipment moving

Security systems or building riser management

Window Treatments (blinds, tint, film, etc.)

Painting of existing walls, sprinkler lines, HVAC, duct, etc.
